2 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut shreds
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 egg whites (XL)
3 3/10 oz. Vosges Naga Chips
1. Preheat oven to 300F.
2. Combine the coconut, powdered sugar and eggwhites in a bowl. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, shape mounds of the cocnut mixture (about 1/2 tbs.) with Naga pieces placed in the middle.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until just slightly golden brown. You can also freeze the shaped mounds and bake as needed.
